Ambassador`S Sky Chef, Mumbai

Ambassador`S Sky Chef is located at 14, Sushil, on Veer Savarkar Marg. We are right by Shivaji Park in Dadar, Mumbai. It’s a very well-known part of the city. Our office is in the Sushil building. Being near Shivaji Park means there is always a lot of activity outside, especially in the evenings when people come out to walk. We’ve been here in Dadar for a long time. Our work is mostly about food and catering, but this is the place where we handle the management side of things. It’s not a huge kitchen here; it’s more for the administrative stuff. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We are on Veer Savarkar Marg, which is a main road, so it can get quite noisy with the buses and cars. We just go about our business and try to keep things organized. The staff here has been with us for a bit, and we all know how the routine goes. It’s a practical workspace without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive art. We just have what we need to get the job done. It’s a good location for us because it’s central and easy for people to reach. We’re just a regular group of people working in the heart of Mumbai. That is how we do it.
