Amazing Travels

Started the travel business in Malad East because it's home. We are near Bharat Mata School, so there's always kids and parents around. It gets noisy. People come in to ask about train tickets or car rentals for weddings. Sometimes they just want to know the price of a flight to Delhi. We sit here at 795 and handle whatever comes through the door. It's not a big office, just a desk and some chairs. My cousin helps out when it gets busy during the summer holidays. Everyone wants to go to the mountains then. We use a lot of paper and the phone rings a lot. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait. That's just how it is. We've been here for a while now. If you walk past the school, you'll see our sign. It's nothing fancy, just a place to get your travel stuff sorted out. I keep some old magazines for people to look at while they wait. Sometimes the chai guy comes by and we take a break. Usually, we are just busy checking schedules or calling drivers to see where they are. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down names. We don’t have a website that does everything automatically, we do it by hand. It works for us. Our office is small but we keep it clean. We have some posters of the beach on the wall.
