Amartya Konar

My name is Amartya Konar and I am based over in Sanpada, New Mumbai. If you know the area, you know it is a lot of residential blocks and people commuting back and forth. I have been working out of this spot for a while now. It is not a large company with a lobby or a receptionist. It is just me and my workspace. Sanpada is a convenient spot because it is tucked away but still close to the main parts of Navi Mumbai. I spend a lot of my time focused on the work at hand, usually sitting at my desk for hours. It is pretty quiet in my part of town, which helps me get things done. I moved here because it felt like a good middle ground. I am not really into the whole big business vibe. I prefer to keep things straightforward. People reach out, I respond, and we go from there. There is no marketing team behind me, just a phone and a computer. I like the local shops around Sanpada; they make the workday a bit easier when I need to step out for a tea or some food. My address isn't hard to find if you know the landmark, but it is just a regular place. I do not have any grand stories about why I started, I just needed a place to work and Sanpada was it. It is simple, practical, and it works for my needs right now.
