We are located on the third floor of the Mahalaxmi Building in Dadar East. It’s on Plot 175, right on Sir Bhalchandra Road in the Hindu Colony area. This is a very old and respected part of Mumbai, and we feel lucky to have our office here. The building itself has a lot of character, and we’ve been working out of this space for a while now. We deal with various infrastructure and venture projects, which basically means we spend our time looking at maps and talking to engineers. Our office isn't very big, and it’s often filled with the sound of the traffic from the streets below. We are a small group of people who just want to get the work done without any extra fluff. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. Hindu Colony is a nice place to walk around during lunch, and we usually know the guys at the local tea stall. Most of our business comes from people who already know us or have worked with us before. We handle the technical side of building and planning, and we try to be as practical as possible. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right, otherwise, everything else fails. We just take it one project at a time.
