Amar International

We are located in Amar House which is right on Mumbai Marathi Grantha Sangrahalaya Marg in Dadar East. It’s a pretty well-known street because of the library nearby. Our building is at 14/16 and we’ve been here for a good while. Dadar is always moving and there is always something happening outside our windows. Amar International is mostly just us sitting at our desks and handling the paperwork for the business. It’s an old office with heavy doors and floors that have seen a lot of feet over the years. We don’t really go in for any of that modern decor. We just have our files and our computers and that’s enough for us. The commute for the staff can be tough because the station is so close and the crowds are huge but we all manage. We spend our days answering the phone and making sure the shipments are moving like they should. It’s steady work and we don’t complain. Sometimes we go out for a quick vada pav during the lunch break and then get right back to it. There’s a sense of history in this part of town and we feel like we are just a small part of that. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do our work here in Dadar and keep things running as best as we can. There are some nice trees along the road here that give a bit of shade.
