ALVIRA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are ALVIRA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, and our home base is in the Triveni Building. Specifically, we are in room A102 on the second floor. The building is part of the Shalimar CHS on Shaikh Misri Road over in Antop Hill, Wadala East. It is a lively part of the city to work in. We spend most of our time figuring out construction plans and making sure our crews have what they need. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of tiles or bricks sitting on the tables. We like it that way because it shows we are actually doing something. Moving around Wadala East can be slow during peak hours, but we manage to get our work done regardless. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few folks who understand how to put a building together. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. We don't have a marketing team to tell our story. Our story is just the buildings we’ve finished and the ones we are working on right now. It's simple, local work for local people. We've been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us well enough. We keep the lights on late most nights.
