Alpha Developers

We operate out of A/2 in Swapneel Park, which is situated in Jogeshwari West. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Shree Sheetal Showroom, which is a big local landmark everyone knows. Our office is on the ground level, which makes it easy for people to just walk in and ask questions about the projects we are working on. We do property development, so there are always blueprints and site maps rolled up on the tables. The office isn’t particularly modern; it’s got that lived-in feel with old wooden furniture and a clock that’s always five minutes fast. Jogeshwari is a crowded area, so there is constant noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and our afternoons checking on files. Alpha Developers is a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep all the construction schedules straight. It gets dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, and we’re constantly cleaning the windows to keep things looking decent. But it’s a good location because we are close to the sites we manage. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything; we just show up every morning, drink our coffee, and try to get the houses built. It’s a lot of phone calls and messy paperwork, but we like seeing things actually get finished. The office cat from next door usually wanders in around noon for some attention.
