We're based in the Benkuwar Mansion on Wadia Street in Tardeo. It’s on the fourth floor, Flat No. 66. The building is named after Yateen Dahibhavkar. Tardeo is a really central part of Mumbai, so it’s always hopping with activity. We handle branding stuff, which usually involves a lot of sketching, talking, and looking at designs. Our office isn’t a high-rise glass tower. It’s an older mansion-style building, which gives it a more personal feel. We like it because it doesn’t feel like a factory. There’s a lot of history in these walls. We’ve got some old desks and plenty of paper everywhere. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who really understand how to put things together. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements for ourselves. Our work usually speaks for itself, and people in the neighborhood know where to find us. Tardeo is a good place to be because everything is so close. We just come in, do our best on whatever project is on the desk, and go home. It’s a real, down-to-earth business. No corporate fluff, no big speeches, just honest work from a small flat in a classic Mumbai building.
