ALLETARE BUILDS PRIVATE LIMITED is located way up on the 28th floor of the A Wing in Klassic Tower. We are at Plot-1900 on Dr Anandrao Nair Road in Mumbai 400011. Being on the 28th floor gives us a bit of a view, but honestly, we’re usually too busy to look out the window. The office is always full of noise—people talking, phones ringing, and the sound of the elevator going up and down. It’s a big building, so it can feel a bit anonymous, but inside our unit, it’s just the usual crew. We do building work, which means we’re often dealing with engineers and site managers. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big polished corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and it looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The area around Dr Anandrao Nair Road is always crowded, and getting into the building in the morning can be a chore with the traffic. But once we’re up in Room 2802, we just get to work. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that pinned to the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to be finished by Friday. It’s practical and it’s how we’ve always done things here.
