Our office is located at A-9 in Andheri East, inside the New Diamond Industrial Estate. Specifically, we are in the Sankalp Building. It's a pretty busy area with a lot of people coming and going from the different units. Inside, it's mostly desks and phones and a few maps on the wall that have been there for years. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they need to go and how to get there without spending too much. Andheri East is a hub for this kind of thing, so we fit right in with the rest of the industrial estate. It's not a luxury lounge or anything, just a place to get tickets and bookings sorted out. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait a minute, which can be annoying when the phones are ringing. We try to keep things organized, but there are always stacks of paper and brochures near the front. The Sankalp Building has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to find the right dates for people. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this long enough to know the shortcuts. There is always something to do, so we stay pretty busy all day.
