All India Route

You can find us at T P S on 6th Road, just off S V Road in Santacruz West. We are right near New Thippasandra, which is a part of the city that never really seems to sleep. The office is situated in a spot where there is always someone passing by or a car honking nearby. We have a simple setup with a few computers and some maps on the wall to help us keep track of different routes. Most of the time, the phones are ringing with people asking about schedules or where things are currently located. It can get a bit frantic during the middle of the day, but we are used to the pace by now. The space isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put things so we don't trip over each other. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time staring at screens or talking to drivers who stop in for their instructions. S V Road is always a mess with traffic, so we spend a good chunk of our time trying to figure out the best ways to get around the latest blockages. It is a very hands-on kind of job and we don’t really have time for anything that isn't related to the work in front of us. We have been here long enough that we know all the local shopkeepers and the guys who run the stalls on the corner.
