Alitalia Airlines

We are located in Kandivali East, right at Whispering Palm in the Lokhandwala Complex. It's a busy spot on Akurli Road. Most days we are just here at 1C/301 handling whatever comes through the door for Alitalia Airlines. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just a regular office where we deal with the paperwork and bookings. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty bad, especially during the monsoon, but that is just part of being in Mumbai. People stop by to ask about their travel plans or just to drop off documents. We have been here for a while now, so the neighbors know us. The building is easy to find if you know the landmark. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just us doing our jobs. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the stacks of forms. It gets loud sometimes because the street is always active. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we are busy. We use basic desks and old computers that still work fine. It feels like a regular local workplace because it is. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just look at what's available and tell people the details. It's straightforward work. If you are around Akurli Road, you've probably seen our sign. We are usually here until late evening getting things sorted for the next day. It's a lot of routine but we stay busy with the calls coming in constantly.
