We are located at 36892 Mahadwar Road in Andheri West. It’s a busy part of town, which is probably good for a travel business because everyone seems to be in a hurry to go somewhere else. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some maps on the wall and a few chairs for people to sit while we look up flights or train tickets. Andheri West is a place that never really sleeps, and Mahadwar Road has its own rhythm. We get all sorts of people walking through the door. Some want to go visit family in the village, and others are looking for a holiday somewhere far away. We just sit at the computers and try to find the best dates that work for them. There’s a lot of clicking and waiting for pages to load. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up chatting with the customers about their plans while we wait. It feels like a very human way to do business. We aren't a big website where you just click a button; we’re real people sitting in a room in Andheri. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but people still need to travel, so we stay busy. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules, but it’s what we know how to do. We just want to get the booking right so people can get on their way without any trouble.
