Alankrita Realty LLP operates out of Kandivali West in Mumbai. Our office is 301/37 on the 3rd floor of Sai Siddhi CHS. This is part of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Raje Complex on AK Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Ekta Nagar. Mumbai is a crowded place and our neighborhood is no different. There are always people moving around the complex and the noise of the city is constant. The office is a simple place where we manage all our real estate matters. It’s not a huge office but it fits us just fine. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get busy. We spend our days here talking to people and sorting through folders. Kandivali West is a big area and being near Ekta Nagar makes it fairly easy to explain where we are to anyone new. Most of our neighbors in the building are also working on their own things, so it’s a busy atmosphere. We try to keep the space organized, though with all the paperwork, it can get a bit messy sometimes. It’s just how it goes when you’re working in the middle of Mumbai. We’ve been at this AK Road address for some time now and it feels right. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else in this city.
