Ala Concierge Services

We are Ala Concierge Services and we operate out of Majiwada Village in Thane West. Our specific spot is 603 in the Sachinam Chs building. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it feel quite homely. We aren't tucked away in some massive industrial park. Being in a housing society means we see our neighbors every day. The 400601 area is pretty central for us. We spend a lot of our time coordinating things for people. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The office isn't very big, but it fits us just fine. We have a few desks and a small corner for making tea. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we are all in at once. Majiwada is a busy part of Thane, so there's always something happening outside. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. You just come up to the sixth floor. We like the local feel of the place. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just try to help out our clients with whatever they need. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a lot of requests come in at the same time. We don't really have a hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what's necessary to keep things running smoothly. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you can imagine.
