You can find us at 32/34 New Bengali Pura Street in Masjid Bunder West. We are very close to Mohammed Ali Road, so the area is always incredibly busy and full of life. It is a noisy place with all the vendors and people walking by, but we like the energy. Our office is where we handle all the travel arrangements, mostly focusing on tours and helping people get their paperwork together. There are always piles of passports and forms on the desks. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people who are traveling for the first time. It is a small office and can get quite crowded when a whole family comes in at once. Being in Masjid Bunder means we have to deal with the narrow streets, but it is a central place for our clients. We have been here for quite some time and people know us by name. We don't have fancy brochures with photos everywhere; we just talk to people and help them figure out their trips. Sometimes the internet is slow or the visa rules change, and we have to stay on top of all those details. It is a lot of responsibility because people are counting on us for their journeys. We just try to be honest and get the job done so they can travel without any trouble.
