You can find the Al Hidayat Tour Travels office at number 61 in Tagore Nagar, which is inside the Kedy Shopping Centre in Byculla. We are located right opposite the Sagar Hotel, a landmark that most people around here know very well. The shopping centre is a busy place with people always coming and going for different things. We have been in this specific spot for a long time now. Our office is a small, functional space that is usually filled with papers, travel schedules, and maps. It gets a bit crowded inside when we are busy, but we manage it okay. Byculla is a very lively part of the city, and being across from the hotel means there is always something interesting to see out the window. We watch the traffic and the people heading into the hotel all through the day. We don't have a fancy corporate office with polished floors. It is just a practical place where we answer the phones and talk to folks about where they want to go. We aren't big on decorations; we just keep things simple and useful. Sometimes the noise from the other shops in Kedy Shopping Centre is a bit much, but we have gotten used to it. We usually grab lunch at one of the stalls nearby. We know the other shopkeepers in the centre and it feels like a friendly place to work. It is just a local shop.
