We have been here in Jogeshwari West for a long time, right across from the station in the Habib Compound. If you know Momin Nagar, we are just near that. Taking care of travel for Haj and Umrah is what we do every day. People come in to ask about flights or how the visas work. It is usually busy because the station is so close. We sit here and talk to families who want to go on the pilgrimage. It is not just about booking a ticket, there are a lot of details to handle with the bags and the dates. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing for folks, so we just sit down and go through it. The shop is simple. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just some chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Most people who come here are from the neighborhood. They know us by name. It is a noisy area with all the traffic and people getting off the trains, but it keeps us on our toes. We try to keep things straightforward. If a flight is full, we tell you it is full. We don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just how we work here at Al Hamid Haj & Umrah Tours. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot near the station.
