Al Hadi Enterprises

We are situated in the Chunawala Parlawala Chawl, which is right near the Rawal Pada signal. It’s a very local spot, and if you know the area, you know how busy that signal can get at almost any time of day. Our space is number 1, so we are right there where the action is. It’s a small, modest setup, typical for this part of the city. We deal with various enterprise tasks, which mostly means we are busy handling stock and talking to customers who come by. Space is at a premium here, so we have to be very organized with how we stack things. Sometimes it feels a bit tight, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to find a place for everything. The people around here are mostly regulars who we see every day, so there’s a nice community feel to the chawl. We don’t have air conditioning or anything like that, just a couple of fans that keep the air moving while we work. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on your feet. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just run a small business and try to do an honest day’s work. If you’re ever stuck at the signal, you’re probably looking right at our building. We just keep our heads down and keep the business moving through the week. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
