You can find us at 101 in the Pluto Apartment. We are right there at the BIDC Char Rasta in Bandra West. It’s a very busy spot, especially with the Kotak Mahindra Bank right across the road from us. People are always walking by, looking at the listings we have taped up or just asking about prices in the area. Bandra is a fast place, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is a simple room where we keep our files and maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around the neighborhood to look at buildings. It’s not some big corporate real estate firm with fancy suits. We just know the streets here really well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic at the Char Rasta, but it’s a good place to be. We have some old chairs for people to sit on while we talk about rents or sales. There is always a stack of newspapers on the table and a half-filled water bottle. We have been in Pluto Apartment for quite a while now. It’s a familiar routine—opening the office, checking the messages, and seeing who stops by. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. We just tell people what is available and what the market is doing today. It is just the way we handle things here at the Char Rasta.
