Akshay Creatives

Akshay Creatives is over in Mira Road East, specifically in N.G. Estate. We are located in building A2, room number 202. It is right near the old petrol pump, which everyone uses as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. We do creative work in this office. That mostly means design stuff and maybe some printing or art projects. It’s a pretty small office space. We have some computers set up and there are always a lot of paper samples and old sketches lying around on the tables. Mira Bhayandar Road gets really crowded in the evenings, so we try to get our work done before the traffic gets bad. Our team is just a few people who have lived in Mumbai for a long time. We are definitely not a big agency with hundreds of employees and a human resources department. It’s more personal than that. You can hear the sounds from the street while we are working on our computers. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. People in the building know who we are. We don't use any fancy business jargon here. We just talk about what needs to be made for the client. If someone wants a logo or a simple pamphlet, we sit down and figure it out. It is a very simple setup. We take turns making tea for everyone. Sometimes the printer acts up and we spend half the day fixing it.
