Akshada Tours Travels

Akshada Tours Travels is based in Chembur, specifically in Sector 17 C. We are located very close to the local police station, so it is easy to find us if you are in the area. Our office is just a small room where we manage our fleet of cars and drivers. It is a local business, so we know most of our regular customers by their first names. We spend a lot of time on the phone taking bookings for airport drops or outstation trips. Sometimes the drivers call in sick, and we have to scramble to find a replacement at the last minute. It is a lot of juggling. We keep a big whiteboard on the wall with all the car numbers and times. The office doesn't have any fancy decorations, just a few calendars and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We take care of the car maintenance ourselves mostly. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We just try to be on time and keep the vehicles clean. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We have been in Chembur for a while now and we like the pace of life here. When the day is done, we just lock up the office and head home to our families living just nearby.
