We have been here on Battery Street for quite a while now. It is right behind Regal, tucked away in the Colaba area, not too far from the Gateway of India. Most days it is pretty busy around here with people coming in to talk about trips or flights they need to book. We just handle the tickets and the paperwork that comes with travel. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. The location is handy because everyone knows the landmarks nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens to find things that work for the people who walk in. It is not a very fancy setup, just some desks and chairs where we can sit down and figure out the travel details. We see all kinds of people, from students to families. It is steady work. Usually, we are open during the normal hours of the day, dealing with passports and visas too. Colaba always has something going on outside our door, so there is never a quiet moment. If you are wandering around the Gateway area, you will probably pass us. We just keep things moving and try to get the bookings done right the first time so there are no headaches later on. It is a simple operation here in the heart of the city. We have been doing this for years and it feels like home.
