Ajk-Hydrolift Nv

We are based over at 12 Oasis Industrial Estate, right across from the Vakola Masjid in Santacruz East. It is a very specific spot and the masjid is the best landmark for finding us. Ajk-Hydrolift Nv is where we spend our days dealing with hydraulic systems and heavy equipment. The industrial estate is quite old and the lanes are a bit narrow, so it is always a squeeze when a delivery truck comes in. We have a workshop floor that stays busy from early morning. It is often greasy and smells of oil, which is just part of the job. We have a small office upstairs, but most of the action happens downstairs on the floor. Being in Santacruz means we are close to the airport, so you hear planes overhead all the time. It is a loud, active environment. We don’t really do much to make the place look pretty. It is more about having the right tools and enough space to fix the lifts. We have a few regulars who come in to check on their orders. Lunch usually happens whenever we find a break in the work. It is not a fancy corporate life, just a lot of manual work and technical fixing. We have been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drink. We just take it one day at a time.
