Aisco Luggage Link

Our shop, Aisco Luggage Link, is located at 6-A in the Tirupati Industrial Estate. We are right opposite the ONGC building on Village Road in Subhash Nagar, Dharavi. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops. It’s a very busy, hardworking area. We focus on luggage and how it’s put together. Because we are in Dharavi, there is a lot of activity around us all the time. Our space isn't like a mall shop. It feels more like a working warehouse where things get done. We have different kinds of bags piled up, and we spend our time checking zippers and making sure the stitching is right. People who come here are usually looking for something that will last a long time. We don't have a lot of time for small talk or fancy displays. We just show the products and let them speak for themselves. The road outside can be quite dusty with all the trucks going by, so we have to keep the shop closed up most of the time. It is a practical place for practical people. We know the value of a good bag that doesn't break when you are halfway across the country. We've been here for years, and we know most of the other shop owners in the estate. It’s a community of workers, and we are just one part of it. We just keep working and doing our job.
