Air Ticketing Reservation (Dom/ Intl.)

We run an air ticketing reservation spot for both domestic and international flights. We are based out of Santacruz West, Mumbai-54. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with being so close to the airports. We don’t have a massive storefront with neon signs; it’s more of a local office where we sit and hunt for the best flight paths for people. Every day is a lot of looking at screens and talking to travelers who are trying to get somewhere. Some want to go to Delhi and others are heading halfway across the world. Santacruz West has that old Mumbai feel where everything is a bit cramped but everyone knows each other. The traffic on the main roads near us can be a nightmare in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and try to figure out the ticketing systems which can be a real pain sometimes. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big corporate marketing budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we are helpful. We deal with passports, visas, and all those travel headaches that people hate doing themselves. It’s just us in the office, making sure the bookings go through and trying to keep the printer from jamming. It’s honest work and we like being in this neighborhood. We just do the reservations day by day.
