We are based out of a place called Krishna in Kannur, down here in Kerala. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Delhi. Being in the 670005 area means we know the locals pretty well and they know us. We’ve been handling travel-related tasks from this location for quite a while now. It’s not a massive glass building or anything like that, just a regular office where we handle tickets and customer questions. People come in mostly to check on their flights or ask about baggage rules which change all the time. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to ask people to wait a bit while the screen loads. We try to be patient because we know travel is stressful for everyone involved. Kerala is beautiful, and we really like being part of the community here. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down details in our logs. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with the windows open to catch the breeze, but we like the fresh air more than the AC. We’ve seen the airline business change a lot over the years, but our day-to-day work stays mostly the same. You might see a couple of us having tea outside during our afternoon break. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just want to get the job done and help the people who walk through our door.
