Our office is situated over in Kalyan West, specifically on the third floor of the Yogesh Housing Society building. You have to head down Murbad Road and look for Bhavani Nagar to find us. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn’t look like a big corporate office from the outside. We handle the air transport services from here, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and coordinating schedules. There are a few of us working in the office every day, sitting at desks and dealing with files. It’s not the most exciting work, but it needs to get done. The stairs can be a bit much if you are carrying heavy folders, but we’re used to it by now. The area outside is always buzzing with traffic and people going to the shops nearby. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. We just have our space on the third floor. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around to update the records. We’ve been at this spot for several years. It’s convenient for those of us who live in the Thane district because the trains are right there. We just focus on getting the cargo and transport details right so things move on time at the airport. It's a lot of back and forth on the phone all afternoon.
