We are based at C/001 Chandresh Heights in Bhayandar East. Air Equipment & Systems Pvt Ltd is close to the Jain Mandir near Jesal Park. It’s a decent area to work out of. Being near the temple means it’s usually quite peaceful in the mornings. We have a small office on the ground floor. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a room with some desks and a lot of files. We’ve been here for a while. The building, Chandresh Heights, is pretty well known in this part of Bhayandar. We spend our days dealing with various systems and equipment. Most of the time, the phone is ringing or someone is stopping by to ask a question. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. One of us just picks up. Jesal Park is a nice landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We like the pace here. It’s busy but not overwhelming. We know the guys at the local shops and grab our lunch nearby. Our space is functional. We don't care much for decorations. We have the stuff we need to do our jobs and that’s about it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to catch up on. It’s just how it goes when you run a business like this. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just local people doing regular work. We've seen businesses come and go, but we've managed to stay put at this address.
