Ahuja Realty Private Limited is a local firm handling property and real estate deals. Being on Plot 105 means we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Linking Road is always buzzing, which keeps things interesting. Our office is easy to walk into, no fancy lobby or security to deal with. We have been here in 400054 for quite a while. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of property listings filed away. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy marketing; we just tell people what’s available in the market. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but we don't mind it. It’s part of being in Mumbai City. We help people find apartments or commercial spaces around here. It’s a lot of running around and showing places. When we are in the office, we are usually on the phone or drinking tea while looking over contracts. It’s a straightforward business.
