Ahad Leather Craft

Ahad Leather Craft is located in Ghatkopar West, right in the Akhbar Lala Compound. Our address is number 36 on D V G Road. This isn’t a fancy retail store with bright lights and glass displays. It’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. The compound is a bit old, and you can hear the sounds of other small businesses working all around us. There is always the smell of leather and various glues in the air, which we’ve grown to love over the years. We spend our days at the big wooden workbenches, cutting and stitching. D V G Road is a busy area, but once you step into the compound, it feels like a different world focused on making things. We have piles of leather hides in the corner and tools scattered across the tables. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how a real craft shop should be. We don't have a marketing team or a big office staff. It’s just us and the machines. Most people who come to see us are looking for something specific that they can't find in a regular mall. We've been in Ghatkopar for a long time and have no plans to move. It’s a bit dusty and the lighting could be better, but it’s where we do our best work. We just stay focused on the leather and the orders we have to finish by the end of each week.
