AESS Construction Private Limited is located right in the middle of Ballard Estate in Mumbai. Our office is on the first floor of New Hind House on N Morarji Marg. It is one of those old, grand parts of the city with all the stone buildings and narrow streets. We have been operating out of this office for some time, managing our construction projects from here. It is a straightforward operation where we spend most of our morning planning and the rest of the day out at various sites. Being in South Mumbai means things can get pretty hectic, especially with the parking and the general pace of the area. We do not do much in the way of big advertising or polished presentations. Most of the people who work with us know us through the industry or have seen our name on site boards. Construction is a messy, difficult business and it takes a lot of patience to get things through to completion. We just deal with the daily grind of permits, materials, and labor. It is not always easy, but we like seeing the progress on a building as it goes up. We are not a giant company with offices everywhere; we are just here on Morarji Marg getting the work done. If you need to find us, just look for New Hind House. We are usually around unless we are visiting a project somewhere else in the city.
