Advent Gifts

We are based at B/8/9 in the Creative Industrial Estate on N. M. Joshi Marg. It is a very busy part of the city, and getting here in the morning can be a real struggle because of the traffic. Advent Gifts is basically just a workspace where we put things together. It is not very creative looking despite the name of the estate—it is mostly just concrete floors and shelves full of cardboard boxes. We spend a lot of time packing things and making sure every single item is counted correctly. Sometimes we run out of tape or the boxes don’t fit right, and we just have to find a way to make it work. It is a bit of a maze in this building, and we have lived through plenty of rainy seasons where the walls get a bit damp. We do not have any fancy marketing people or sales teams. It is just us managing the inventory and talking to our suppliers on the phone. The light in here isn't the best for working, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the news. It is a regular job in a regular industrial estate. N. M. Joshi Marg is always moving, and we are just one of the many small businesses here. We aren’t trying to change the world; we are just trying to get these orders out.
