You can find Adriana Constructions LLP over at Holmcroft on S.V. Road in Santacruz. It’s a well-known stretch of road in Mumbai, and we’ve been based here for some time. We’re an LLP, which sounds formal, but we’re really just a group of people who like building things. The traffic on S.V. Road can be a nightmare, but being centrally located helps us get to our various sites around the city. We don't spend a lot of money on marketing because most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are. We handle various construction jobs, some big and some small. There’s no fancy philosophy here. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay on schedule, even when the Mumbai monsoon tries to stop us. The office is a practical space where we handle the books and meet with contractors. We’ve seen Santacruz change so much over the decades, and it’s interesting to be part of that change. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to be reliable. If something goes wrong on a site, we go down there and fix it ourselves. That’s just the way we were taught to do things. It’s a lot of sweat and regular problem-solving, but it’s what keeps us going.
