Adlabs Films Limited Big 927Fm, which we mostly just call Big Events, is over in Jogeshwari West. Our office is at 5A/105 Milestone in Patliputra Nagar, right off the New Link Road. It’s a pretty active part of Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside. We do a lot of event-related work and film stuff here. The office is often full of equipment or plans for the next big thing we’re helping with. Chaos happens when we have a deadline coming up. People are always coming and going. We don’t really have time for those long, boring corporate lunches. Usually, we're just grabbing a bite at our desks while we talk about schedules and gear. The New Link Road traffic can be a nightmare, but being centrally located in Jogeshwari helps us get where we need to be eventually. Our team is a mix of people, some who have been in the industry for years and some new faces. It’s a loud, busy environment, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with events and media. We don't try to make it look fancier than it is. It's a workspace where stuff gets built and planned. Logistics and making sure the gear is ready take up most of our time. It's a lot of coordination, phone calls, and checking lists over and over to make sure nothing gets missed during the setup phase.
