ADITYA PRAVIN BUILDERS AND DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Flat 304 in the Chhota Parivar housing society over in Kharghar. It’s right on Plot 117 in Sector 19, which is a pretty active part of Navi Mumbai these days. ADITYA PRAVIN BUILDERS AND DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED is basically where we handle all our building and development paperwork and planning. It’s a small office setup inside a residential building, which keeps us close to the actual neighborhoods where people live. We spend a lot of our time looking at plots and figuring out how to make buildings work for families. Construction in Navi Mumbai can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and traffic, but we’ve been at it for some time now. We aren't some big corporate giant with a massive tower. It’s just us working from the society office, keeping things moving. People usually come by when they want to talk about new projects or see how things are progressing with the developments. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy around here, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just part of being in Kharghar. We focus on the building side of things and try to make sure everything stays on track without making too much of a fuss. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the growth happening here in this section of the city. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, but we get through it.
