Aditya Highrise Projects Llp has its spot on Raobahadur S K Bole Road in Dadar West. We are in the Goregaonkar Premises, specifically B-1 on Plot 47. Dadar is one of those places that never really stops, and our office feels that energy. It’s an old-school neighborhood, and we like that. We work on high-rise projects, which is funny because our office is in a much more traditional setting. We spend our time managing the details of construction and making sure all the pieces fit together. There’s a lot of noise from the street below, and usually, someone is walking in with a new set of plans or some legal papers. We aren't big on corporate talk or trying to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show the work we’ve done. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes we disagree on how a project should go, and we have a loud discussion about it until we find a solution. It’s an honest way to work. We care about this city and the way it’s growing, especially in crowded areas like Dadar. We’re just here, doing our bit to build upwards while staying rooted in the local community we know so well. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t want to be doing it anywhere else than right here in the middle of Mumbai.
