We are based in the Worli B.D.D. Chawls in Mumbai, specifically at No. 54/37. If you know the city, you know the Chawls have a lot of history and a very specific vibe. It’s a very grounded place to have an office for Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. We are right in the middle of a very active neighborhood. There’s always something going on outside our doors, from kids playing to neighbors chatting. Our space is simple and functional. We don't have fancy carpets or glass partitions. It’s just desks, chairs, and the work we need to do for the retail side of the business. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It can get noisy, and the hallways are narrow, but it feels real. We’ve been here for a while, and we like being part of the Worli community. It’s not a corporate park; it’s a living, breathing part of the city. We spend our days tracking shipments and managing staff schedules. It’s practical work. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re in a skyscraper. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure everything is sorted by the time we leave. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. It is just a normal office in a real part of town.
