We've been at the Om Shakuntal building for a while now. It's right there on the service road near the highway in Naupada. Most of the people working here come from around Thane, so the commute isn't too bad for some of us, though others spend an hour on the bus. It's a busy spot, always something going on outside with the constant roar of traffic from the highway. We handle a lot of calls and computer work every day. The office isn't fancy at all, just some rows of desks and headsets and people trying to get through their shifts without too much trouble. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up during the hotter months but we manage with a few fans. We aren't trying to change the world here, just doing the jobs we have. Some of us have been here since the start and others just joined last month. It gets really loud when everyone is talking at once on their headsets, but that's just how it is in this kind of place. If you're looking for us, look for the big highway sign and then take the turn off. We're on the second floor in room A-203. It's a bit of a walk from the station but the bus stops right nearby. We don't have much to say about ourselves. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It's a steady place to be. We keep the tea kettle going in the back room for breaks. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
