Our office is tucked away in the Kanti Nagar area, right near J B Nagar in Andheri East. It’s a busy part of town, especially with Lamington Road nearby, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We’ve been running Active Holidays Pvt Ltd from this same spot for a good while now. The space inside isn’t very large, just enough for our desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of folders that seem to grow every week. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and talking to people who want to go somewhere new for their break. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s a bit cluttered with maps and old calendars. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which helps us get through the long afternoons when the sun hits the front windows. People around here know us by name, and we often see the same faces walking past our door every day. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished way of doing things. We just come in, sit at our desks, and try to figure out the best routes and prices for folks. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons, but that is just how it goes in this business. We like the neighborhood and the way the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our drink.
