You can find us at 41/43 Bhendi Bazar which is a very active part of town to be in. Working at Act Tours & Travels means we are right in the middle of all the noise and the crowds. Our office is small and tucked into the street where everything happens. We spend our time booking tickets and talking to people about their travel plans. Bhendi Bazar is always full of life and sometimes it is hard to hear the customers over the sound of the street outside. We have maps taped to the walls and old calendars because they are useful for us. It is a very simple way of working where we just try to help people get where they need to go. We do not have a fancy website or a lot of high-tech gear just the basic computers and a lot of patience. Sometimes the office gets crowded if three or four people come in at once because space is tight in this part of the city. We have been here at 41/43 for a long time and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It is a practical business without any extra fluff. People come to us because we are right there in the neighborhood and they can just walk in and talk to a real person about their trip without any hassle. We just keep things moving and help out with the bookings every single day.
