Getting to our unit in the Rainbow Industrial Estate can be a bit of a journey if the traffic in Andheri West is acting up, which it usually is. We are located at 2/B on the 3rd Cross of Rama Temple Road. It's right opposite SEEPZ, so there is always something happening outside our doors. The building isn't brand new, but it holds up well against the rain. We focus on engineering work mostly, things that require a bit of grease and a lot of patience. Inside, you’ll find a few desks piled with drawings and some heavy machinery that makes a fair bit of noise. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby because we use every inch of space for the actual work. Usually, there’s a couple of us debating over a part or checking a measurement twice. The tea break is the highlight of the afternoon when we stand outside and watch the trucks go by. It’s a tight-knit crew here. Most of the guys have been with the company since the early days when we only had one machine. We don't go for those big marketing campaigns or flashy logos. We just rely on the fact that if you do a decent job, people will find you again. It’s simple, really. Just a bunch of people who know their way around a workshop and like to finish the day knowing something was built right.
