You can find us at A/403 in the Chandra Kiran building, which is tucked away in Amboli Village. It’s just off S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a bit of a strange mix around here, with old houses and small workshops all jumbled together. Getting deliveries in can be a bit of a challenge because the lanes are narrow, but we’ve gotten used to it. We do engineering work that requires a bit of a steady hand and some focus. The space isn’t very large, so we have to be quite careful about where we put things. If you leave a tool out, someone is going to trip over it. We don't have any fancy office staff; it’s just the guys who do the work and maybe one of us handling the phone when it rings. Often, the phone goes unanswered for a minute because we’re in the middle of a cut or a weld. We try to be honest about how long a job will take. If we're backed up, we'll tell you straight. There’s no point in making promises we can’t keep just to sound good. The lighting in the shop is okay, but we often use hand lamps to see the fine details of what we’re working on. It’s a bit dusty, and the hum of the fans is always going to keep the air moving. It’s a simple, local operation, and we’re just trying to do decent work for the people who come to us in Jogeshwari without making a big fuss about it.
