Our workshop is at number 32 in the Shanta Industrial Estate. It is on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. If you know the area, you know it is full of small factories and workshops. We focus on CNC components. The machines are loud and they run for most of the day. There is always that smell of cutting oil and coolants in the air. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but with metal chips flying, it is a constant battle. The estate is a bit cramped, so parking is always a headache. We just deal with it. Our team is small and we have worked together for a long time. We know the machines inside out. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find us through word of mouth or because they are also in the estate. We just try to make parts that fit right and work well. It is basic engineering work really. We stay late some nights when there is a big job to finish. It is just part of the life here. Goregaon is a good place to be for this kind of work. There are plenty of suppliers nearby. We like the hustle of the industrial estate. It can get pretty loud when everyone is working at once, but you get used to it. The coffee machine is very important to us.
