Running ships is a lot harder than it looks from the shore. Accordship Management is our little corner of the maritime world. We spend our days dealing with crews, supplies, and making sure these massive vessels are actually moving where they’re supposed to go. There’s a lot of logistics involved that most people never see. It’s not just about sailing; it’s about parts breaking in the middle of the ocean and finding a way to get a replacement to a port halfway across the world. Our phones never really stop ringing because the sea doesn’t have office hours. We’re a small team, and we’ve all been around docks and engines long enough to know when something is going wrong just by the sound of a voice on the radio. It gets stressful when the weather turns bad or a shipment is delayed, but that’s the life we chose. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing team. We just have our reputation and the people we’ve worked with for years. It’s dirty, loud, and complicated work sometimes. But there’s something about seeing a ship leave the harbor on time that makes the long hours worth it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next port. It’s practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit greasy. We know the water and we know the business.
