We operate out of Room No 1, Plot No 112, in the Raj Sag building over in Borivali West, though we are also near Suvidya High School around the Lbs Marg area in Bhandup West. It's a bit of a confusing address for some, but once you find the school, we are right there. We mostly help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it's booking a bus ticket or arranging a car for a family trip, we handle the paperwork. The office is small and usually has a few calendars on the wall and a couple of phones that ring quite a bit. Traveling can be a headache with all the cancellations and timing issues, so we just try to keep things organized for the folks who come to us. We aren't a big travel agency with glossy brochures. Usually, it's just someone sitting down and asking about the best way to get to a nearby town or a temple. We look up the schedules and tell them the price. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to confirm a booking, but we get it done eventually. It’s just us trying to help people move around without too much trouble. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the latest route updates. It is a basic setup for regular travelers needing a bit of help with their plans. We have a few chairs for people to wait.
