Aavm Construction Private Limited operates out of a somewhat unusual spot – Garage No. 3 in Vraj Kunj CHSL. We’re located on Vallabhbhai Patel Road in Vile Parle West. It’s right near the Jain Temple, which is a very peaceful place compared to the rush of the street. Vile Parle is a great neighborhood, and the 400056 area is always buzzing with activity. Our garage office might be small, but it’s where all the planning happens. We keep our equipment and our files here, and there’s barely enough room for a few chairs. Working in Mumbai means you have to be clever with space. We started this business because we saw a need for reliable construction work in the western suburbs. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We’re just a bunch of workers who know how to handle bricks and mortar. The noise from VP Road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around the city, navigating the traffic in our old van. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to meet a deadline, especially before the rains start. It’s a lot of physical labor and mental stress, but seeing a finished structure makes it worth it. We are just local folks trying to do a decent job for our neighbors and clients in Mumbai City.
