Our office is right there on Whitefield Main Road, near the Alankar Cinema. It’s Office No 1, so it’s pretty easy to spot once you get into the area. Aatish Realty Co Ltd is basically where we help people find places to live or work in this part of town. Whitefield has grown so fast, it’s almost hard to keep up with all the new buildings and the traffic that comes with them. We spend a lot of our time walking through apartments or looking at commercial spaces that are up for rent or sale. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of walking, a lot of keys to keep track of, and plenty of phone calls that don't go anywhere. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just like this neighborhood and know the streets pretty well. Most of the time, we’re just sitting in the office with the fan on, waiting for the next person to walk in. We see all kinds of people, from young folks moving here for tech jobs to families looking for more space. It’s a lot of talking and explaining how the local rules work. We keep things simple and don't use a lot of big words or sales pressure. If a place is good, we say so. If it has leaks or bad wiring, we’ll point that out too because nobody wants surprises later. That is just how we work. We are here every weekday.
