If you walk behind the Portuguese Church in Dadar West, you’ll find us. Aathang Construction Private Limited is on the fourth floor of Omkar Niwas on Chitalepath. It’s a typical old Mumbai building, and we’ve squeezed our office into Plot 365. Working in Dadar is a bit of a nightmare for parking, but it puts us right in the center of things. We spend a lot of time navigating those narrow streets to get to our sites. The office is usually a mess of papers, half-empty tea cups, and samples of tiles or granite. We aren't a big corporate outfit with fancy suits; we’re usually in practical clothes ready to jump on a site. Our team handles the day-to-day grit of building in a city that never stops. There’s always someone calling about a permit or a delivery truck that’s stuck in traffic near the church. It’s a lot of juggling and trying to keep the neighbors happy while we work. We’ve been at this for a while, so we’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed. Building here takes a lot of patience and a bit of luck with the weather. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the measurements, manage the workers, and try to get the building standing. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every single day.
