Aarti Tours & Travels

Aarti Tours & Travels is located at Flat No 13 in Deepak Niwas, which is in the Fadia area of Kandivali West. We are on the 17th Cross, right near the Kandivali Recreation Club. Our office is basically a converted residential flat, so it has a very homey and informal feel to it. We do not have a big storefront with glowing signs or posters in the window. Instead, people usually just walk in, sit down on the sofa, and we talk about where they are planning to go for their next trip. It is a small family-run thing. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer, checking bus schedules, train timings, and hotel prices for people. The neighborhood is mostly houses and apartments, so it is a bit quieter than the main market areas, which is nice for us. We have been helping people with their travel plans for quite a while now. We do not have any fancy technology or a big call center. It is just us answering the phone and writing things down in our registers. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the different rules for travel these days, but we manage to get through it. People in the area know us by name, and we often see the same faces coming back year after year when it is time for their summer holidays. We keep things very simple.
